My name is Nisha Logan. I am a 200- hour Certified Yoga Teacher and Intuitive Sound Healer. In 2017, I was introduced to yoga as a means to deal with anxiety and depression. After experiencing the healing effects of yoga and meditation, I dedicated myself to helping others experience the peace that comes from these healing modalities.
As a mother, yoga and meditation have grown with my family. I love to include my little one on the mat. I am also passionate about helping new mothers cultivate wellness practices.
